- Medical Insurance - 100% of the cost for employee coverage paid by Authority; 50% for dependent coverage paid by Authority.
- Dental Insurance - 100% of the cost for employee coverage paid by Authority; 50% for dependent coverage paid by Authority.

- Life and AD&D Insurance (two times annual salary with $200,000.00 maximum coverage) - 100% of the cost for employee coverage paid by Authority; additional employee and dependent life insurance may be purchased at the employee’s expense.
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance - 100% of the cost for employee coverage paid by the Authority.
- After 90 days of employment, VCSFA will contribute the equivalent of 11% of your salary monthly to our retirement fund. You can also choose to contribute additionally to your retirement fund.
- Holidays – 14-16 days; varies per year
- Personal Time Off (PTO) – 27 days of paid time off per year, accrued on a per pay period basis; PTO increases with the length of service

Under direct supervision, this position is primarily responsible for enforcing/maintaining security policies and procedures relating to both personnel and property belonging to the Virginia Spaceport Authority (VSA) and the Mid -Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS). This is a uniformed position.

Entry Level Position. Under direct supervision, this position is primarily responsible for enforcing/maintaining security policies and procedures relating to both personnel and property belonging to the Virginia Spaceport Authority (VSA) and the Mid -Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS).
The Document Control Specialist will work with Engineers, Technicians, and other support staff to properly convert process steps into properly formatted documents, maintain document templates, maintain storage system for files, drawings, Work Orders, Non-Conformance reports and procedures.
