The Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (VCSFA or Virginia Spaceport Authority) advertises all RFIs and competitive solicitations (RFPs, IFBs) on the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA marketplace.
Access the website by visiting www.eva.virginia.gov
After accessing the eVA website, follow these instructions to get to VCSFA solicitations:
- Under the "Business Opportunities" section, click on "Virginia Business Opportunities (VBO)"
- Under "Advanced Search" select "Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority" as the "Buying Entity" then click on the Search button.
- The results will show all VCSFA solicitations.

Requests for Proposal (RFP)
The Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (VCSFA), also known as “Virginia Spaceport Authority,” is requesting proposals for space launch range telemetry services at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS) on NASA Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA. The primary location for this service will be near Wallops Island, VA with potential secondary locations based on mission requirements.
