HVAC Maintenance

Position Summary

We are currently seeking qualified rising graduates pursuing a higher education degree program to participate in our 11-week paid internship program.

Maintenance HVAC worker performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on HVAC systems in buildings, on launch pads, mechanical equipment, and utility systems.

Duties

• Performs repair of all HVAC systems and equipment
• Performs preventive maintenance procedures on HVAC systems and building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis
• Calibrates and repairs
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on HVAC equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures
• May operate a computer which controls and monitors HVAC equipment and utility systems
• Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Valid Driver's License
• Covid-19 Vaccination

Qualifications

At least one (1) year of responsible experience in HVAC systems and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education

• High school diploma required.  Technical training from an accredited training school or military service school is preferred
• Must be enrolled in higher education
