OA-5

OA-5 launched for another cargo resupply mission to the International Space Station on October 17th, 2016. This was the fifth successful mission from MARS Pad 0-A since the Antares program began launching from the pad in 2013. OA-5 was the first launch of the Antares 230 vehicle from Pad 0-A.

The Cygnus spacecraft aboard OA-5 was named the S.S. Alan Poindexter.
