Supply Chain (Buyer) (Intern)

Full Position Summary

We are currently seeking qualified rising graduates pursuing a higher education degree program to participate in our 11-week paid internship program.

Approved applicant will assist Supply Chain Personnel with file documentation and organization of orders from inception of request to satisfactorily deliver of goods and/or service. Approved applicant will assist with placing, expediting, and tracking orders while gaining valuable experience in an Aerospace Supply Chain environment.

Duties

Applicant will also utilize various databases to include NetSuite for identify long lead time as well as items past due. Upon identifying these items, the applicant will then create a list for which will be expedited and monitoring those items until delivery. Applicant must be organized and able to follow detailed instructions without direct or constant supervision. Applicant must be able to work with MS Office. In addition, we would like for the person to be able to create/update our forms for which may be used as a template or in conjunction with more complex forms/documents. Other Supply Chain duties and exposure will be offered as well to help provide the full experience of being a Supply Chain Professional.
