Position Summary

We are currently seeking qualified rising graduates pursuing a higher education degree program.  

This position works with the Design and Engineering teams to complete Engineering tasks and projects, track status of products in the review chain and assist with package submittals.

Duties

  • Conduct incorporation of red-lines and/or comments into existing drawings
  • Assist team members with research via the internet and/or vendors in compiling support documentation towards completing engineering drawing packages
  • Assist team members with scanning and/or documenting products in the engineering review cycle
  • Assist team lead with tracking of engineering products during the review process including the update of various work trackers using Microsoft Office products
  • Complete transmittal forms for all products in the review process
  • Assemble and create PowerPoint slides for various meetings between team members and our client
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Possess knowledge of basic mechanical systems and devices including their principles of operation
  • Must be able to understand, follow, and promote OSHA safety guidelines and requirements in the workplace
  • Experience with Microsoft Office product suite
  • Proficiency with either Autodesk AutoCAD software or equivalent software package, OR 3D drafting software package

Education

  • Must be currently enrolled in higher education
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience of direct, practical work experience in the performance of logistical operations
